妖怪に取り付かれやすい妹、妖怪の姿が見える姉。
けれど、それ以外に特別な力などなく、当たり前に人として暮らしている。

そんな姉妹が現代の妖怪に怯えたり、哀れんだりするとおじいちゃんが出てきて「対等のもんだ」と諭してくれる。

とても暖かい話です。

私も田舎に住んでいるので、法事や行事の多さには閉口しますが、元々はこの漫画で語られているような意味があったと思うと、ちょっと考えさせられます。

昨今の恐いだけのホラーには辟易している私ですが、妖怪は大好き。この作品はお勧めです。浮世離れした話ではなく、身近に妖怪を感じられる稀有な作品かと。しかもほのぼの。道陸神とか普通はどろどろした展開（エロエロな展開ともいう）になりそうなのに、かなりさらっと書かれていて読後感もよし。

この漫画は妖怪が出てくる漫画です。
でも水木しげるの鬼太郎みたいに鬼気迫るような妖怪漫画ではありません。
田舎の日常生活の雰囲気を醸し出すものです。

この漫画を私が読む理由は日常の空気が好き、と言う理由と妖怪の知識が得られる事です。なかにはケセランパサランなどといった有名なのも出てきます。そういった、ある種トリビア的な知識も凝縮されたこの漫画。
勉強以外でも学習する事はあるんだなぁとおもいました。

ファンタジー苦手な人でも
読めそうだから、もっと広まって欲しい作品ですね。
