ぶっちゃけると、書いてある内容は既存の本とほぼ同じです。
和田式ダイエットなど、詳しく書かれている部分はお初かも。
絵本のような感じ。それが面白い！
ローションパックの間違いとか、化粧品の成分とか、イラストを見て爆笑してしまいました！
イラストレーターの方に脱帽！という感じ。
佐伯さんの『大阪のおばちゃん』的な、意外な一面も覗けます（笑）
佐伯さんの本をまだ読んだことがない！という方、これから入ることをオススメします。
楽しく読めますよ！

佐伯チズさんの美容本を買おうと思ったのは、たくさんの化粧品を使用しても効果が得られるどころか、年々、肌は痛んできていると感じたからです。 佐伯チズ先生の言うとおりにしていると、肌はみるみる回復していきました。朝の洗顔をやめて、ローションパックを続けているうちに、脂性のギトギト肌と、乾燥が治りました。 肌に負担をかけている成分(金属)等の情報も載っているので、美容に関する知識もつきました。 お手入れの仕方だけでなく、お肌への向き合い方も、参考になります。これからもずっと続けていこうと思ってます。できれば、安価で、手に入れやすい、先生お薦めの化粧品をもっと教えてほしいと思いました。(何点か載っていますが、これもイラストなので、特定しにくいです‥)この本は、絵本の作りなので、何度見ても飽きないし、楽しんで読めます。 大好きな本です。

肌の不調に悩み、佐伯先生の本にトライしてみよう!と決意。
活字だけだと、素人の私はやり方などに「カン違い」が生まれそうだと思い、数ある佐伯先生の本の中からこれを選びました。
この選択は大正解!ケアの方法が絵付きでわかりやすく紹介されているし、堅苦しさがないので読みやすい。面倒くさがりな私でも、実践してみよう!という気になれました。
ただ、本を開きっぱなしにできない構造なので、ケアしながら見られない。そして、詳しい部分はカバーしきれない(絵本仕様なので。佐伯先生の他の著書を併せて読んでみるといいです)。
そこが少し惜しかったな。
