前作ともども「料理の本を買っても、基本を知らないからどうやっても料理が美味しく出来ない」人にぴったりの内容になっています。
卵の割り方や海苔の焼き方など、料理の基本を教えてくれます。
基本を知ってくると、料理をすること自体が楽しくなってきますよ。

料理べたの味方本、第二弾が登場した。前作同様、とっても親切で分かりやすい内容もさることながら、料理に必要不可欠な道具や調味料、食器のはてまで網羅している。しかも説明がくどくない。そこがいい。
今回も基本のレシピがいっぱいでうれしい。今まで煮ればいいや、炒めればいいや、火がとおってりゃいいや、いいやづくしの私が生まれ変わったようにレシピと向かい合っている・・・もちろん料理も！
できれば完成した料理の写真があれば、できあがりのイメージがわくかなあ、なんて勝手なことも考えていたり。
でも、常識を忘れないために台所に常備しつづけるのだ！

笑えんわ〜

ちっとも笑えんわ〜

だって、この本読んでると、真逆のことばっかりしていたのが分かるんだわ。

読んでいて、「やば！自分ｼﾞｬﾝ！！！」を連発して、一人で突っ込んでいた。

嫁に行く前にこの本嫁！！！てかんじ。
