著者である熊谷さんを１９年間苦しめた家庭モラル・ハラスメント。想像を絶する夫の妻への嫌がらせの数々を読んでいて、あまりのひどさに動揺した私はトイレと居間を何度も往復しました（私は動揺するとお腹に来てしまいます）。こんな壮絶な日々を１９年耐えられた我慢強さにはもう敬服の念が募るばかり。モラル・ハラスメントという言葉に出会い、離婚を決意されてからの行動力、周りの人々の協力、読んでいて痛快でした。
私は元モラル・ハラスメントの被害者です。過去のことだからもういいだろうと思う人もいるだろうけれど、あの時加害者から受けた猛烈な嫌がらせのトラウマ、こうあるべきだという押し付けられた価値観に何年も苦しみ、半年前、モラル・ハラスメントという言葉を知り、救われました。今はモラル・ハラスメントについてもっと勉強したいと思っています。モラハラの被害者、モラハラについて学びたい方全てに読んでほしい！と強く願います。

「モラル・ハラスメント被害者同盟」を立ち上げ、「モラルハラスメント」という概念を日本中に広めた大きな功績の著者の本、さすがだと思いました。軽快なタッチの文章、区切りのよい解説に引き込まれ、重いテーマにもかかわらず大変読みやすい本でした。
モラハラは体験した者にしか分かりづらく、「夫婦ケンカは両成敗」と二次被害に遭うこともしょっちゅうです。多くの被害者は「そうそう」と頷きながら読み進めるでしょう。
巻末の「付録−モラハラ加害者の特徴」の説明も大変分かりやすく、他人に説明する際に役に立つと思われます。
惜しむらくは後半部分、離婚裁判について「名誉と財産保持のため」と、その目的を限定視されているくだりです。これも千差万別のケースがあるので、いかがなものかと。（中には好きでやってる人もいるでしょうが…）そのため「星４つ」とさせていただきました。

モラハラ被害者はもちろん、モラハラ被害者以外にも、モラハラを知らない人にも、
裁判所関係の人（特に！）にも、読んで欲しい一冊です。
モラハラ行為の残虐さ、外からはなかなか理解してもらえないこと、
など（言葉で言うと簡単に聞こえてしまいますが）モラハラの現実がよく書かれています。
そしてなによりも、モラハラ被害者同盟の運営者でもある筆者、
熊谷さんの行動力はあっぱれでした。
私自身、モラハラ離婚裁判中であり、調停を申し立ててからすでに2年経っています。
何がなんだか分からず、ただただ辛くてどうしようもなかった、その
2年前にこの本と「Q&Aモラルハラスメント」とこれら2冊があったら、
私はもっと早くに救われていたなあと思いました。
夜中に読み出したら一気に2時間かからず読んでしまいました。
この本に出合えて本当によかったです。
