日本の情報機関についてがスッキリ纏められており、複雑な情報がかなり理解しやすくなっている。
日本の情報収集の方法や、情報機関の所在地にも軽く触れられているのもポイントが高い。
当方は初心者だが、専門的な内容にも関わらずスラスラ読めたし、知識も深まったので、十分満足の内容だった。

　日本の情報機関を紹介した類書は無数存在するが、本書はその中で最も優れている。他国と同様、日本でも情報機関が乱立しているが、筆者は各機関の特徴をまずは公開情報をベースに丁寧に説明した後、筆者独自の情報源を活用して得た秘密情報を駆使して、各機関の活動の「実態」を明らかにする。筆者は防衛省、外務省、警察庁、内閣情報調査室といった主要情報機関全てに対して情報源を有しており、手堅い分析を行っている。文章も明晰である。筆者の今後の更なる活躍が楽しみである。
