北朝鮮の行動指針は陸軍中野学校での情報戦略そのままだから、敵を知りたくば、まず陸軍中野学校の教科書を探れという提案には驚かされる。
スーパーＫなどと言われて有名になった北朝鮮の精巧な偽札製造も、陸軍中野学校がかつて行った偽札戦略と全く同じ手口だという。
他に金大中拉致事件の真相、日本の核武装の可能性についてなど、どれも淡々と、しかし大変な迫力とリアリティをもって書かれている。
他の佐藤氏の著作と比べると内容が薄いなどと言われているようだが、佐藤優入門書として充分おすすめできると思う。

インテリジェンス（国家情報収集活動または国家防諜活動）という単語を知りませんでした。
そのため、書かれていることが、今一歩ピンと来ません。
商社の情報収集能力には、よくお世話になっています。
商社では、御用聞きと顔色伺いから、非公式の接触で情報を得ているとのことです。
そこから、どう膨らませていけば、防諜活動につながらうかは想像できません。

韓国と日本の関係がうまくいく上でも、本書のような両国の人間による共同著作が増えて、意見の違いと合意できる点が増えていくとよいと思われました。

ps.
韓国と日本の関係は、フランスとイギリス、ドイツとイギリス、デンマークとイギリス、オランダとイギリス、スウェーデンとイギリスの関係を足して５で割ったようなものという印象です。

本書は、元外務省主任分析官の佐藤さんと元韓国海軍少佐の高さんのインテリジェンスに関する対談集で、陸軍中野学校からイラク戦争まで、様々なテーマについて語られており、私は以下の見立等をとても興味深く拝読しました。

・金正日政権には、モスクワやパリへの留学を含め、欧米の洗練された国際感覚を身につけたエリートが存在し彼らが外交政策に助言していると見るべきで、欧米先進国の水準を凌駕する外交戦略がある

・北朝鮮はソ連時代にロシアで教育を受けた軍事テクノクラートの影響力が強まっており、ロシアは平壌に教会をつくるなどして彼らを取り込もうとしている

・究極のカード（核）を持つなかで、人類はどう生き残っていくか、核の帝国主義時代を迎える前に、（日本における）国家情報戦略の重要性を声高に叫ばなくてはならない
※現代の帝国主義＝商品よりも資本の輸出が主流となった最高段階の資本主義

佐藤さんの他の著書と比べると情報の質・量・新鮮さにおいて見劣りする気がしますが、氏の著書を未読の方にはお奨めできると思います。
