本書を読むと、健康によいと言われる水にもこれだけ多く種類があることに驚かされます。せいぜいが、硬水と軟水程度の違いしか理解していなかった私には、新鮮な驚きがありました。

しかし結論として読者が知りたい、「どんな水を飲むべきか」については今ひとつ明確に述べられておらず、若干消化不良の感は否めません。

中国が日本の二の舞にならないで欲しい。
黄砂と公害は、偏西風に乗って日本を超劇するからだ。

水を大切にしてほしい。
日本の技術供与も必要かもしれない。

ミネラルウオーターを購入している方は多いと思います。

ですが、自分の購入しているミネラルウオーターは、軟水か、硬水かご存知でしょうか？

また、水を飲むのにどこまで注意していますか？

人は、水がなければ生きていくことができず、そして飲み方を間違えれば命を縮めることになります。

ですが、私たちは、水についてどれだけのことを知っているのでしょうか？

本書にて、いかに水について知らなかったのか思い知らされました。

そして、水とどのようにつきあっていけばよいのかも。

世界各地の感染症や寄生虫病は、水を媒体として広がる。

寄生虫学の専門家である、藤田　紘一郎が出会ったテーマは水。
