「福田=安保理論」に興味を持って“爪もみ療法”を試してみたいと思い「実践「免疫革命」爪もみ療法―がん・アトピー・リウマチ・糖尿病も治る」と「奇跡が起こる爪もみ療法」を同時に購入して、どのように違いがあるのか比較してみた。

『爪もみ療法』の実践的な療法説明はほぼ同じで、後著は患者さんの体験談とアドバイス的な部分がメインであったのに対して、この著はそれよりもさらに踏み込んで、どのようにして爪もみ療法に至ったのかを自律神経の免疫学的な観点から著者が経験した症例とその詳細なデータによって説明がされていたことである。

この著書は「福田=安保理論」を詳しく分かりながら実際に“爪もみ療法”をしたい方には「安価でお薦めの一冊」です。

福田-安保免疫理論の本はすべて読みました。その結果、最初の一冊におすすめしたいのが、同書です。

理論の裏付けデータが見たい方には、安保徹教授による「自律神経と免疫の法則―体調と免疫のメカニズム」が適書です。

私は自分の健康管理はもちろん、飼い猫の健康管理までも福田-安保免疫理論を適用して、自在にできるようになりました。まだ読んだことのない方は、ぜひ読んでみてください。そして、実践して健康を取り戻してください。

この本を推薦している安保徹の、免疫に関する本を何冊か読んでおもしろかったので、この本も手に取ってみた。
人間の体の不調、病気を、免疫と自律神経の観点からみて、どのようにして活用していくかを説いています。
本の中にはいくつか統計の数値が出ていて、おもしろい結果が読みとれるのですが、サンプル数が少なく、

統計的に有意なモノなのかどうかが、統計の素養のない私には判断が付きませんでした。
また、書いてある内容も、一つ間違えば「トンデモ」とされてしまうような部分も、ままあります。
しかし、その「爪もみ療法」の実践は、非常に簡単です。誰にでも出来ると言う意味では非常に優秀。
興味のある人にとっては、よい入門書なのでは?

また、健康な生活を送る上での実践的なアドバイスもいくつかあります。
