粉だし・・これは使えます！
できればちゃんと　だしをとりたい→でも面倒→思わずだしの素を使っちゃう→ちょっと罪悪感＆添加物の心配・・・といった方は私だけじゃないと思います。

粉だしさえあれば、うまみのある料理がささっと手早くできます。今までの料理に加えるだけでもワンランク上の味に早がわり。本当に目からウロコ。山本麗子さんの提案に感謝！です。

購入前は高いと思いましたが、山本麗子さんのコメントが見開きごとに載っていて、単純なレシピ集に終ってないところに満足。読みごたえがあります。これは本当におすすめの一冊です。

化学調味料は使いたくないけど、だしをいちいちとるのも面倒でした。この本のおかげで、数ヶ月に一度、安物のミルサーで粉だしを作るだけで毎日、だしのうまみのきいた味噌汁、だし巻き卵、青菜のおひたしが食べられます。それだけじゃなく、粉だしならではの味が出せるレシピもあります。ホタテ貝柱の粉だしを使うしゅうまい、かつお粉出しを使ったゴーヤーチャンプルー、お好み焼きはおいしかった。

料理研究家のひとってすごいなーと感心してしまった一冊です。いとこに面白いから見てみて・・・と言われて読んでみましたが、すぐにうちの台所に粉だしを入れた瓶が次々と登場しました☆
中でも一番気に入ったのは 干し貝柱の粉だしで、中華のだしに使っています。
旨みがよく出て、なかなか良い味が出せます。

あと、粉だしを使った そばつゆなんかの作り方もとっても簡単で良かったです。かつおぶしなんて500グラムの大きな袋が小さな瓶に入ってしまうので、収納にも一役かってくれてます。
