初めての出産・育児＝＝＝今まで仕事を中心に生活して来た私は、１日中、家で過ごし、また子供のことを最優先のライフスタイルにうんざり！だって今まで１日中、大人と話さない日なんてなかったし、自分だだけのスケジュールだったわけですから。そんななかでエレガントな世界、生活を楽しくする方法が満載のこの本。ココロが潤いました。生活に疲れている人や充実感のない人におすすめデス！
