ただの金融マンガと思われがちですが、
なかなか法律のコトもやさしく解説しているところもあり
弁護士や司法書士など勉強している方、
勉強をしようと思っている方にもオススメです。
昔、法律の勉強をしていた時に講師の先生に
ススメられた良質のマンガです。
もちろんビジネスマンにもオススメです。

　最近お亡くなりになられた青木先生の
言わずと知れた代表作です。
　絵はこれまでにみたことないほどの下手ですが
（笑ってる顔も怒ってる顔もいっしょ）
スクリーントーンを使わずほとんど手書きで細かい
描写に圧倒されます。
　文庫本版は単行本２冊分を収録しているのでお得です。

一口で言えば、人生の教訓になる漫画
金を街金から借りるな、人生、保証人になるなと言う警告でっしゃろ・・・
つまり、一般人は法律に疎いから金融屋のカモにされるのがオチやと言うこと
作者の青木 雄二はんは現実の醜さや怖さをよく見抜いているなと感じる
人間、自分の身が一番大事、いざとなったら保証人をほって逃げるのは当たり前
だから得体の知れん書類にハンコを押すな！あとで命取りになるで！
そうなる前にこの本で勉強や！
