通常この手のノウハウ本は、看板倒れということが多いのだが、本書に限っては、紹介されている方法論はすべて具体的で説得力がある。また、著者自身が実際に体験してきた失敗談をケーススタディをもとに書いているので最後まで飽きずに読ませる。話し言葉と書き言葉では、分かりやすくための方法論も異なるという著者の主張にも同感。なかなかよい本だと思います！

吉田さんが考案した、分かりやすい話し方のための技術、「矢印メモ」の解説本です。
さっそくやっていますが、大変効果ある技術だと思います。
矢印メモの訓練には、他人の話を聞くときにメモするのが最適。
矢印メモで他人の話の分かりにくさ、分かりやすさを分析してみると、自分の話に応用ができるようになります。
ぜひやってみてください！

さまざまなテクニックが紹介されていますが、
どれも非常に簡単で、今すぐに実践できるものばかりです。
実際にあった具体例（悪い例）をもとに改善例を示しており、
読者がイメージしやすいように配慮して書かれています。

私がとくに感銘を受けたのは、次の２点です。

「矢印メモで、構文を明快かつシンプルにする。」
「書いて幼稚と思えるぐらいの文章で話す。」

この２点を意識するようになってから、
自分の話し方が格段に改善されたように思います。
