この著者の別の本「気の呼吸法」と一緒に購入して読みました。「気の呼吸法」は読みやすく分かりやすくて良かったのですが、この本はとても難しく感じました。言葉の本というよりも、著者の経験にもとづいた気の本です。私は著者に興味を持っていたので良かったのですが、この本を最初に読むと、評価は分かれるかもしれません。著者に興味のある方は、他の本から読み始めると良いでしょう。巻末の長めのあとがきが良かったので☆一つプラス、難しさで☆一つマイナスで、計☆４です。

「氣の威力」で、藤平氏と中村天風氏の繋がりを知り、
興味を持ったのですが・・・気のせいか、「氣の威力」
と内容が重複している部分が多いと感じたのが残念でし
た。
　但し、どのように教育をされたか、（育てられたか）
をご子息が書かれている"あとがき"は、非常に興味深く
読ませていただきました。
　藤平氏の書籍を初めて読むのであれば、「氣の威力」
などの別物のをおすすめします。

根性一筋で何でもできることを、丹念に書いてある一冊です。気合があればがん細胞もなんのその、野球選手もなんのその、の世界です。運動選手が、自分に自信を失ってしまった際には、よい啓発本になりそうですね。
