素敵な言葉！日本にもそんな職場があれば・・・。
でも、けっして奇抜な内容ではない。たとえば、「おもてなしの心」→「ホスピタリティ」→「ホオキパ」、「部下掌握術」→「コーチング」→「オハナ」「クレアナ」などかなり当り前のこともハワイ語なら妙に説得力を持つ。
さらにビジネスやマネジメントというよりももっと普遍的な価値感であり、「倫理」「哲学」の要素まで含まれる。もちろん、ハワイとはいえアメリカなので文化人類学的にもかなりキリスト教、マニュアル主義、自己啓発システムなどの影響もみられるが、ちっとも押し付け、ハッタリ的なところがないところが最高。「ハワイアン・スタイル」に憧れの目を持ちながらゆっくりと読み進めることが一番、筆者の望むところであろう。

ひょんなことからハワイにコンドミニアムを買ってしまった。

毎年ハワイに行っているとやはりハワイ時間なるものが存在することに気づく。

ゆったりとしている。
日本に帰ると細胞が悲鳴を上げているのに気づく。

ビジネスにハワイ式を取り込むなどクレイジーだと思うだろう。

クレイジーでも人々が幸福になればいい。
幸福にればそれなりにお金が入ってくるよ。
とこの本は教えてくれる。

日本式ビジネスはこの100年に一度の不況でダメだと知った方がいい。

ハワイにはあなたのダメになりつつあるビジネスの壁をぶちやぶるヒントが隠れさている。

別れも出会いも、愛してるでさえも
「アロハ！」
なのだ。

幸福になりたければ学ぶがいい。
ハワイに。
