「冷たい校舎〜」から生まれた短編集。
いつも通り(良い意味で)、寂しさと温かさがひしひしと伝わる作品でした。
辻村さんの作品を多く読んでいる人ならば、当然『再登場』に意識が向いてしまうわけです。
期待してもいいです。ですが、やはり本筋の物語が良い！！
誰もが感じたでしょう、先が見えない人生への漠然とした不安・無力感を見事に描いています。
短編ですから、そこまで大掛かりなクライマックスは無いわけですが、
何と言うのでしょうか、一話目の子供達を気づけば見守ってしまってる自分に驚きました。
三篇あるから、三日はかけて読もうとしたのに・・・気づけば読み切っており、
「冷たい校舎〜」を部分的に読み直す始末(笑

きっと、この人の作品を読んで何も感じなくなったら、何かを失ってるんだろうなぁ

そう思わざるを得ません。

　懐かしさやいとしさを感じるストーリーでした。全体的にふんわりしている感じ。大きな仕掛けはないけど、満足の出来です。

　思わず『冷たい校舎の時は止まる』を最初から読み返したくなる。あれって長いから読むの大変なんだけど、読みたくなってしまいますね。すでに読んでいる人なら「ニヤリ」とできるところが多々あってうれしい。大人になってからの彼らの物語も読んでみたい気もするけど。

　基本的に全部子どもたちのお話なので、『冷たい校舎の時は止まる』を読んでいない人でもすんなり読めると思います。これを読んで興味を持ったら、ぜひ、『冷たい校舎〜』を手に取ってもらいたい。

　温かい物語を語ってくれる作者さんだなぁと読むたびに思います。

元となっている「冷たい〜」を読んでいなくても十分楽しめる本でした。
が・・・悪くはないんだけど、３つとも新鮮味がない。
以前読んだことがある、何かで見たことがある・・・みたいな使い古されたテーマのように思えるのがちょっと。
だって1つ目の「ロードムービー」が≪引っ越しで離れ離れになるのが嫌で家出をする小学生の話≫
2つ目の「道の先」が≪塾の講師のバイトをしている大学生を好きになるちょっと大人っぽい中学生。≫
3つ目の「雪の降る道」が≪病気の友達を毎日見舞ったんだけど、その友達に「お前なんかいなくなれ」と言われて家出≫

でも、どの話も子供だからこその無邪気さ・無鉄砲さなんか描かれるのでなんだか懐かしい気持ちになりました。
勢いでやっちゃったり（言っちゃったり）するんだけど、すごく後悔するの。
先が見えない不安だけでなく、子供は自分で選ぶことができない。
その不安とモヤモヤがよく出ていました。
この3つのお話が「冷たい〜」とどうつながっているのか気になります。
