俳優の内田朝陽さんが幼少時に書いた詩や作文がいろいろ紹介されている本です。彼の詩は色彩豊かで楽しい想像がいっぱいにふくらんだ子供らしい可愛らしさがあり、それでいて鋭い観察眼でとらえた自然の一瞬の姿を見事に文字に表していて、ただただ感嘆するばかりです。

作文は彼の子ども時代の辛かった思い出が綴られています。小児心身症で狂おしいほど母を求めた幼児期、いじめに遭ってどうしても学校へ行くことが出来ず、放課後の誰もいない校舎にたたずんだこと。ストレスから過食症、家庭内暴力、不登校・・・と母を泣かせた日々。そんな自分をだまって見守り続けてくれた父の大きな愛。小学校の校長室で一人ぼっちの卒業式を開いてくれた人たちの愛情に涙が止まらなかったこと。

今をときめく若手人気俳優が自分の辛い過去を、子供の頃に自分が書いた作文を披露する形で告白しました。彼は弱い人間ではありません。勇気を出して彼が今私たちに伝えようとしてくれているものは何かを考えてみたくなりました。

たくさんの愛に包まれていることを知り、「僕、強くなる！」そう誓った少年が、今映画やドラマでキラキラ輝きを放っています。この辛い経験が彼の優しさと強さの原点になったに違いありません。文部大臣賞をはじめ数々の賞を受賞した文章力・表現力で、大人から子供までだれもが読めて感動する本です。いじめに苦しむ人、孤独に耐えている人、自分を見つめなおしたい人、子供の読み聞かせに・・・この本をぜひ手にとって読んでみて欲しいです。

朝陽くんの清らかで繊細な感性&文章が素敵です。育ちが良いのだなと思わずにはいられず。。。
かわいらしく優しい柔らかな作文がたくさん。。
