知る人ぞ知る懸賞ドラマ「安楽椅子探偵」シリーズが好きな方は
これも絶対に好きだと思います。
はまります。
締め切りまでの間に本がぼろぼろになりました。

読みやすくて、おもしろい。
残酷すぎる場面も、ドロドロしたところもあまりない
気持ちよく推理を楽しめる作品です。

簡単な暗号あり、難しい暗号あり、密室あり、アリバイくずしあり・・です。

もう解答の応募締め切りは過ぎてしまったので
これから買われても応募はできませんが
少なくとも出題編は読んでとても面白いです。
締め切りが過ぎたことで、ネット上の掲示板などにも
読者の推理がちらほら書き込まれるようになりました。
むしろ、実はこれから応募者に解決編が郵送される３月までが
あれこれ議論できて一番楽しいのかも。
解決編は４月にWebでも公開されるそうです。

締め切りが過ぎたばかりですが、
すでに「続編」の発行を楽しみにしています。

でもこの作品全体の本当の評価は、解決編が出てからですね。

読者が謎を解いて犯人を当てる！トリックを当てる！応募する!
待ち望んだスタイルの「本格ミステリ本」の登場。

文章は読みやすく、最後まで一気に読めた。
それでいて、古代エジプトの実在する女王の話から発掘考古学の話、
そこに渦巻く人間関係まで、エンターテイメントも入っていて楽しい。

推理のヒントとなるような図版も盛りだくさん。
これで応募者への解決本の郵送代も含まれているのは安いかもね。

これから読み返して全ての謎を解き明かし、
エジプトナイルクルーズを当てるぞ！

このジャンルのものは初めてですが、面白くて、おくが深くて、完全にとりこになっています。よくもこんなストーリーを組み立てる事が出来るものだと感心します。偶然にも友人の弟が読んでいて、これ一冊で他の事がストップしていると聞いてナットクです。暮の忙しい時にゆっくり考えている時間がないので、正月に、こたつのなかでじっくり楽しみたいと思います。
