「通販な生活」は買い物好きな著者が
ネット上で売り買いした顛末を記した本である。

著者が買ったものはシュレッダー、炊飯器、枕、ケトルなどの生活用品。
（ちなみにビリーズ・ブートキャンプも（笑））
こういった身近なものを取り上げているため、
とてもとっつきやすい内容だった。

構成は４章に別れており、ネット上での買い物が主に記述してあるが、
１章分は雑誌「通販生活」での買い物に割かれている。

私は「通販生活」を結構読んでいるけれども、
取り扱っている商品の価格がどれも安くないため、
興味がある商品でも購入する気にはなれなかった。

著者は「通販生活」における買い物の戦績について、６勝４敗くらいだと評している。
ふむ、なかなかの勝率だ、と私は思った。
通販は大抵失敗するもの、ですから・・・。

雑誌「通販生活」で取り上げられる製品に興味を覚えたことのある人は、
製品を購入する前にこの本を読むことをお薦めします。
著者によると「通販生活」の品々は値段が高いらしいとのこと。
気に入ったものがあれば、他で買ったほうが安いらしいですよ。

相変わらず日垣氏の本は抜群に面白かった。
本書では通販、ネット販売で失敗談（無駄な買い物）やお薦めの商品をユニークな理由を付して解説している。
他の書と同様にその解説が抜群に面白いため、通販等に興味がない方でも楽むことができる。
商品はかなり多岐に亘っているため飽きることもない。

日垣氏の本は特に30代以上にとって「大人的な考え方」や「知っていると得をする雑学」が随所に盛り込まれている（しかもユニークな書き振りで）ため、本の内容は標題以上に参考となる部分が多くお薦めできる。
堅い内容の本ではない、1時間ぐらいで完読するが、かなり楽しめた。

ネット通販で日垣さんが気になって実際に購入し利用するまでの体験記だが大変面白い。「こんな商品が存在するんだ」「こんなものが通販でも売っているんだ」と何度も本書で驚かされた。
　また個人的に買いたい商品、贈り物にしたい商品を探し当てることが出来、本の面白さと併せ一挙両得でした。
