田辺 聖子
1928年大阪府生まれ。1947年樟蔭女子専門学校国文科卒業。1964年「感傷旅行(センチメンタル・ジャーニィ)」で、第50回芥川賞受賞。1987年「花衣ぬぐやまつわる…」で第26回女流文学賞受賞。1993年「ひねくれ一茶」で第27回吉川英治文学賞受賞。1994年第42回菊池寛賞受賞。1998年「道頓堀の雨に別れて以来なり」で第50回読売文学賞、第26回泉鏡花文学賞、第3回井原西鶴賞を受賞。その他、1995年に紫綬褒章受章。2000年には文化功労者となる。2003年「姥ざかり花の旅傘」で第8回蓮如賞受賞。「田辺聖子全集」にいたる業績によって2006年度朝日賞受賞(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

ラスト、軽井沢→東京のドライブは圧巻。剛がいい、すごくいい。もちろん乃里子も。こんなふうにキャラクターに熱狂した小説、本当に久しぶり。苦く切なく でも爽快なラストおみごと!ああ読んでよかったー

「本当に30年前の作品？」と途中で何度も
確認してしまうほど、
今でも心から納得するお話です。

男女の心の機微とか、
あらためて一人になってからの開放感とか、
でも、いろんな友達がいるのはいいな、と
思うこととか、
元亭主との、新しい関係とか、
色々と考えさせられるお話でした。

主人公の乃里子さんがとにかくカッコいい！

次は、ぜひ「歌子さんシリーズの復刻」を
お願いします。→講談社さん!!!

乃里子３部作（「言い寄る」、「私的生活」、本書）の最終章。

うんと金持ちで色男、夜の相性もバッチリ。
そんな男と離婚して３５歳になった乃里子の物語。

好きな仕事を再開して、一人暮らしを存分に楽しんでいたところへ
２年ぶりに元ダンナと偶然の再会、急接近。
「この男ともう一度、寝ることができるものかどうか？・・・」
乃里子の答えは・・・？

距離感をとりつつも乃里子に接触をはかる剛がいじらしい。


「言い寄る」でも書きましたが、終始、会話は関西弁で書かれています。
が、（田辺さんは文章の語感を大事にされているそうで）はんぶん標準語
寄りの関西弁です。
会話のテンポ、男女のかけひき、他の登場人物もいい味を出しているので、
是非読んでもらいたい一冊（三冊）です。
