疲労回復、整腸、解毒などちょっとしたときにどんな食材を使ったら、加えたらいいのかなと食材を探す際に便利だなと思いました。
食材の持つパワーを知ることや、体調がどんな時にはどんな食材がいいのかを知ることは犬のためだけではなく自分のためにもなりました。
愛犬に生涯ドッグフードをあげるつもりの方も読んでおいたほうがいい１冊だと思います。

4.0 out of 5 stars その名の通り栄養学が学べます。, 2009/8/7
とてもわかりやすく、丁寧で、症状別になっているので自分が目的とするところがすぐに探し出せ便利です。以前手作り食についての他の方が書いた本を読みましたが、考え方に偏りがあるように思え、納得できませんでした。その点本書は当たり前に栄養学からくる医学、医食同源とか、命は食にありとかいいますが、それを実践する本だと思います。ただ単純にそれを食べれば症状がすぐ改善されるものではないのは当たり前で、でも、ドッグフードか手作りか、手作りは栄養素をどのようにどのくらい取り入れたらいいのか、と迷っている方にはきっと一歩ふみだせるかなり参考になる納得がいく本だと思います。
☆がひとつたりないのは、手作りに換えこんなに症状が改善されました、という例が載っているのですが、そんなに簡単ではないことが記されていない点です。

ドッグフードは以前から気になっていました。
そのため、愛犬のために自分で料理を作りたくて、この本を購入しました。
また今後、老犬になったときに利用したいと思います。
