マッサージに「スピリチュアル」とついている通り、心と身体はつながっているという観点から、
「コリ」や「歪み」がどういう心の働きから生じているか、という点に着目されて書かれているのが特徴です。
例えば、「プライドばかり高く頭でっかちな人は二の腕が太い」という具合です。
今の自分の身体が、自分の考え方や無意識に続けている生き方の現われということです。

早川氏自身がこのボディワークで30キロの減量に成功しています。
「筋トレではなく、マッサージのみで！食事制限もなく！」です！
DVDにはマッサージ全編が収録されているので、本と合わせて見ると大変わかりやすくなっています。

自分でも気づいていない、自分の癖や考え方の偏りなどに気づくこともできます。
まさに身体と心はつながっている・・・
自分の身体と心の、声なき声に耳を傾け、いとおしみながら、本来の自分がもつ「柔らかな身体と心」を取り戻すための、ボディーワークの本です。
おすすめです。

ほぐすだけじゃ身体なんてかわらないでしょ。
そう思いつつも、購入しました。
方法は決して難しくないので、
やっぱり気になる（笑）　ウエストを重点的に実行しました。
２ヶ月足らずで、マイナス5cm。
その後、体重増加したこともあったのですが、くびれがキープできていました。
他の部分も実行中ですが、こんなところがこってる！と、
自分の身体の変な緊張を　新たに実感しました。
早川先生、お会いしたこと無いけれど、本当にありがとうございます。

星を一つ減らしたのは、dvdがもうちょっとゆっくり詳細に見てみたかったな　と思ったからです。
でも本当に良著だと思います。気になる方は、是非！

追記：−５cmのあと、さらに−2.5cm。本当に効果があります。
但し、毎日少しづつでも続ける事が必須だろうな、と思います。
この調子でバストアップにも励んでみます。

著者の早川さんが『クロワッサン』に出ておられたのです。紹介されている基本を
やってみて、しみじみ「これ、いいなあ…」って。難しくもない。無理もない。
自然と丁寧に自分の体を扱うようにできている。そしてこれがいちばん重要ですが、
効く！！
気持ちがいいのです。体が楽になって、気持ちもほぐれている。ウェストもシェイプされた！
それで、本が出ているならと買ってみたのです。
早川さんの考え方、ものすごく共鳴しました。私が記事でやってみて感じたプロセスは、
本当にそのまま早川メソッドだったんですね。
自分を「ケア」すること。大事にすること。簡単に言う本やテレビや人が多いけれど、
納得できるものは少ないです。
でも理屈を言うのはやめましょう。だって早川式は、理屈抜きで「やりたくなる」のです！！
