賛否両論ある本ですね。
私も購入をずっと迷っていました。

しかし、我が家の発達障がいの長男にはすばらしい効果がありました。

学校では、自分、お友だちなどの絵をかく時間がたくさんあります。そんな時間に息子は何も描かずに（描けずにと言ったほうが正確かもしれませんが）提出していました。

この本を、息子と一緒に読み、マネをしながらサッカーボールを蹴る男の子の絵を描いてみました。
出来上がった時の、息子の嬉しそうな顔は忘れません。
やりたくなかったのではなかったし、出来なかったのでもなかったのです。
描き方が解らなかっただけだったのです。

その後、学校でもサラサラと絵を描けるようになりました。（自分の覚えていることを思い出しながら一生懸命描いているのです。）

同じような状況でお困りの方はちょっと見る価値があるとおもいます。

あなたは「人間を自由に描いて下さい」と言われて、すぐに絵が描けますか？
殆どの人は、大人でも無理ですよね。私も全く自信がありません。

いきなり人を描く練習なんて、と感じる人は、先に出版された他の本でお試ししてからぜび挑戦してみてください。

我が家では、子供より、大人がはまっています！

エドの二番煎じとか、型にはめてしまうとか言っている人は、本当に実践しているのでしょうか？
絵の描けない子どもにとって、お絵かきの時間は苦痛でしかありません。

子どもは勝手にどんどん自分の線を見つけていきますので、問題ないです。
それよりも、「自分でも描ける」という喜びを子どもたちに知ってほしいです。

ヤフーニュースで紹介されていて購入してみました。
6才の息子は人間を描いても首がなかったり、鼻がない絵ばかり描いていたので・・・
手本通り真似して描くので上手に描けます。ただ決まった絵しか描けません。
もっと自分の思うように自由に動いている絵など描いてほしいのに、見本と一緒の絵ばかり・・・
結局5ページほど描いて終わってしまいました。
高い買い物になってしまいました。
まだ早かったのかな？
