この本を読んでダイエットを行う、というのは厳しいと思います。
なにせ自宅で出来そうなものはほとんど紹介されていないのですから。
ただし、モデルの自己管理を知るには是非！
モデル志望の人や、自己管理が甘いと思っている人（私もその一人。。）
にはとても刺激を与えてくれる一冊です。

もしこれがダイエットの本でなかったら☆5にしていたかも知れません。

佐田真由美さんが大好きです。彼女のプライベートな部分が見られ、とっも可愛く、やはり素敵な女性であると再認識致しました。写真集だったらｇｏｏｄなんですが、本を買った目的はやはりダイエット的な部分を大いに期待して購入したので評価は★★★となってしまいます。この本を見てダイエットの参考になるとかはあまり考えない方が良いかも・・・すくなくても私にはあまり参考にはなりませんでしたが、写真集の延長としてならきっと大満足すると思います。

やっぱりモデルって大変な仕事なんだなと改めて思いました。
普段の食事内容を写真で紹介していたけど、家ではとてもヘルシーな食事。
外では「これしか食べないの!?」ってぐらい少食。特にまゆみん・・・。

まえがきに「ツライこと、キツイことは大嫌い。この本はマイペースで楽しめるワークアウト」といった事が書いてあるけど、内容としてはけっこうハードだと思います。
３ヶ月のトレーニングでどれだけの効果があったのかBefore→Afterの写真も載せて欲しかった。あと個人的には２人が普段どういった運動などをしているのかも知りたかった。

いろいろな器具を使ってのトレーニングなので、基本的にはジムに通わないとこの本の真似は出来ないです。
ワークアウトとはそういうものなのかもしれまち?んが、もうちょっと身近な方法で紹介されていると思っていたので少し残念でした。
これらの理由から星を１つ下げさせていただきました。

見ているだけでも美へのモチベーションは高まると思うし、自分もがんばろという気になりました。
美しさは簡単には手に入らない。モデルという仕事の大変さを知りました。
