ベストセラーとは聞いていましたが、正直あまり期待していませんでした。
女優さんやモデルさんが書く美容本って、内容がかぶっていたり、当然のようなことばかりが載っていたり…ということが多かったからです。

しかしこの本は今までとは違う見方の美しさを教えてくれました。

満月・新月の動きにあわせて美容法を変えてみる、エステにいく意味や美白について考えてみる、高級クリームを使うときの意識、水の力を取り入れ、肌の色を歯や目の白さから考える…。

医学的・科学的根拠を求めるよりも、自分の力や気持ちを信じ、実行することが本当の美へとつながる。そんなことに気づかされました。

ただの美意識ではない、質の高い美意識にふれることができる一冊だと思います。

月の満ち欠けに合わせて「第１夜~第２９夜」という区切りで１日１つのテーマが対応しているのが読みやすい。
私は、一回通読した後、毎日の月の満ち欠けに合わせて１日１章ずつ読み直し、その日のテーマに取り組んでいます。

一回読んだきりになる本も多い中で、この本は何度読み返しても、ためになる本です。「これはできている」「これはできていないからこころがけてみよう」と、読むたびに自己チェックできます。

化粧品やメディカルエステのことも書かれていますが、それだけにとどまらず、内面（精神、身体の健康）から美しくなるスキルがたくさん書かれています。「生き方が外見に表れる」という彼女のしっかりとした考え方に共感できます。外面からのアプローチと、内面からのアプローチのバ!ランスの取れた良書だと思います。

この本は「本物」だと思います。

本気で「美肌」になりたい方におすすめです。

山咲千里さん、以前にトークショーで拝見したことがありますが
綺麗な人だったのでこの本を買いました。
この本を読んで、美肌とは化粧品でできるものではないな
と思いました。
食事や体調との関係など思いもしなかったことがたくさん書かれていました。
中でもわたしはむくみやすいので
むくみに関するところが面白かったです。

女性には読んで欲しい本です。

そして
ファンとして嬉しかったのはやっぱり愛用の化粧品が書かれていたことです。
電話番号も書いてあるものもあったので、
欲しくなったら電話してみようと思います。
