　理科系人間はまじめすぎるというか、考えすぎの人が多いですよね。そんな私たちの肩の力をふっと抜いてくれる本です。私も仕事のことやいろいろと考えていたら、友人に進められて読みました。一言でいうと、とにかく目標をとりあえず決めてしまって、前に進め！しかも、楽しく！！という本です。文章が気さくなのでスーと読めてしまいます。でもいろいろと考えさせてくれる（前向きに）本です。
