「カラフル」や｢宇宙のみなしご」より重い感じの話ですがそれだけに、心にずん・・・と響く物語です。今は本当に大変な時代。小さなことでかんたんに壊れてしまう心たちが、自分をささえていてくれた小さいけれど大切な風景や人をとりもどそうとする物語です。登場人物の複雑な思いや願いが切実に伝わってきます。とてもピュアで、じん・・・としました。最後に本を閉じて、
生きていよう・・・と思いました。

人の心はとても弱くて、ほんの少しの世間の毒にも簡単にやられてしまう。
しかしその弱さの分だけ、世間に立ち向かっていくための力も持っている。
３人の中学生と1人の青年の弱さと強さを詰め込んだ小さな「つきのふね」は、自分の弱さをも愛せるようにしてくれるだろう。

森絵都さんの小説は、読書嫌いの大きな原因となる「情景文」がとても少ないので、読書嫌いの人にもお薦め。
又この小説は話の展開にスピード感があり、コミックス感覚でも読める。

この世界でうまく生きていこうとするのは、ある意味でひどく残酷なことなのかもしれない。
友達たちと折り合いをつけてなんとか繋がっていようとする自分。
先のことを考えると、すごく不安な気持ちになる。

この本に書かれているのと同じようなことを扱った本は、他にもたくさんあるだろう。

ただ、今この世界を生きている僕にとって、森絵都さんのメッセージは、どんな文豪の言葉より、力強く心に響いた。

「生きたい」
心からそんな気持ちにさせてくれる１冊。
