野間文芸新人賞受賞作品。
やはり阿部ちゃんはただ者ではないと実感。
今まで読んだ阿部作品の中で最高傑作かもしれない。

阿部和重の文章と言うのは現代小説から欠かすことの出来ない「比喩」を徹底的に（意図的に？）排除している。

それはとても新しいし、現在他にそんな作家はいない。と思う。

この点、天才的な比喩を駆使する村上春樹とは対極の位置にいる作家と言える。

『トライアングルズ』
『無情の世界』
『鏖（みなごろし）』

の三篇が収録されているが、どれも良い。

とくに『鏖（みなごろし）』は一気読み間違いなし。

とにかく普通じゃないけど、面白い。


「のび太は放っておけ！あいつには構うな」

　野間文芸新人賞受賞作。
　とにかく読んでいて面白い。リアリティが崩壊した現代社会、もう人々は愛とストーキングの区別もつかなくなり、子供はわけもなく傷つく。
　自分が一番気になったのは表題作。
　ショッキングな話です。最後の最後に明かされる秘密がまさしくショック。主人公は明らかに傷ついているが、その痛みを上手く痛みとして取り込めていない感がある。情けなさ１００パーセントで、行間からそのみじめっぷりがひしひしと湧き出してくる。家族との触れ合いがあるがそれに頼ろうとしない。そして、困って困って助けを求める先がネットの住人たち。うーん、現代的じゃないですか。

時々こんな小説に出会うことが出来る。何も知識もないまま本屋でそれに触れて、出会った本が逆にその小説家の名前を僕の胸に刻んだり。
この本はそんな本の一つだ。
著名だった作者を知らなかった僕がこの業界に疎いのは問題だが、運よく、この小説と出会えて良かったと思う。確かにこの本の内容は人によって好き嫌いはあるかもしれない。しかし、このような真っ暗な世界は僕は好きでたまらない。なぜなら、真っ暗な世界でこそ、煌きがより一層生えるのだから。
