宮本輝さんの本はどれも好きだけど、この本が一番好きです。
自分が今何かを必死に頑張っていて、でも答えがなかなか出なくて。
周りからも「きっといいことあるよ」って言われるんだけど、
『いつか』じゃなく、今その答えが欲しいって思うことありませんか？
私は、そんなじたばたしていた時、この本を読みました。

志穂子の気持ちが痛い程分かって、涙がいっぱい出ました。
志穂子のお父さんの言葉に、救われました。
それからも、何かにぶつかると必ず思い出しては読む一冊です。
読もうかどうか迷っている方、是非お薦めします！

あまり本を読まない方にも、読書をよくする方にもオススメの作品です。

まず、ストーリーがとても綺麗で面白い。
ある意味ではおとぎ話のような話なのに、それでいて奇妙な現実感があって無理がない。
だから読んでいても飽きないし、
わかりやすい文章ですんなりと作品の世界に入っていけます。
また、読んだ後とても爽やかで新鮮な気持ちになれます。

主人公の志穂子の清純さと、
それに運命的に導かれていく他の登場人物たちの姿は
青春そのものであり、
宮本氏の作品『青が散る』で描かれていた若い青春とはまた違った、
「やや大人な」青春を味わうことができます。

まだ上巻しか読んでませんが、面白いの一言です。

宮本輝にしては、若い男女の両面から攻める構成ですが、その
感性が新鮮で、「山本文緒」の作品を彷彿させるような読みや
すい作品です。

表題と表紙のデザインも良い！
筆者も岬へ行ったのでしょうか？
はやく続きが読みたいです！
