「空の境界」、ボッコボコに叩かれている作品ですが、それほど酷い作品では無いと思います。
禅問答のような文章、各キャラクターの長ったらしい台詞等々。
那須さんの独特な文体は読みずらいかもしれません。
しかし、文章が物語として機能していないだとか、読んでも全く意味が無いとか…
こういった意見は、流石に極論だと思います。
月姫を信仰する美少女ゲーマニアの過度な期待と話題が
活字読書マニアに伝播したのがボッコボコに叩かれた要因でしょう。
彼らの信仰するもの自体が根本的に違うのですから。
(オタク的な物としてのプレミアか、高度な文体と良質な文章を望むかの違いです。)
まあ、百聞は一見にしかず…と言いますし、
興味があるならレビューを読み漁るよりも作品を一読することをお推めします。
学生さんなら、長い夏休みを利用して読むのも良いかと思います。
評価を下すのは他人の主観ではなく、貴方の主観です。

余談ですが、最後の笠井さんによる"素晴しい解説"。
あれは読まなくて結構です。
読みきる前に睡魔に襲われます。

普通の小説を読んでいると洗練されてないなぁ、読む人を選ぶなぁと思うのが普通でしょう。
正直読解力云々というより慣れだと思います。
「評価できない人は読解力が無いから〜」
と自分が読解力があると自慢しているレビューがありましたが、たぶんあまり本を
読んだことがないのでしょう。別に入試の国語じゃあるまいし。


内容は荒削りな分、奈須さんの体温、手を抜こうとしない思いがやたらと感じられる作品です。だからこそ熱狂的なファンがいるのだと思いますが。僕はそれを感じられただけでも十分楽しめました。

読む人によっては最高の評価にもなり最低の評価にもなるでしょう
まず著者の作品には独特のクセがありますし、文章力もそれほど
上手いという訳でもありません、ただ著者の思考(狙い？)と見事に
マッチした方には最高の一品ではないでしょうか？
反面、日ごろから様々な本を読んでいる人や、文章力を気にする人、

基本的にこういったある種電波な思考についていけない人は
全く楽しめないと思います、ただこの本はあくまで過去の同人詩に
加筆修正を加えたものなので、現在の著者が一から練り直して作れば
それなりの作品が出来るのではないかと思います。
本職がゲームシナリオライターの著者も小説はゲームと違って

文章で全てを構成しなければならない、だから難しい、
というようなことを発言していました、だからこそ今後この著者が
どのような「小説」を書けるように成長するのか、
それが気になります
