著者紹介

1928年東京生まれ。1952年日本大学工学部電気工学科卒業。同年電気通信省（現在のNTT）の技官となる。1976年信州大学工学部教授、1989年静岡県立大学経営情報学部教授となり、現在に至る。専攻は組み合わせ数学、有限数学、ソフトウェア工学など。趣味は多彩だが、数理パズルの世界では、つとに有名。著書は、『四次元の幾何学』『数学パズル20の解法』など多数。

　中学校の入試問題から抜粋された算数の問題が１００問載っています。しかしテスト問題というより数のクイズです，特に公式を知っている必要はありません。
　家族や友達など，みんなでやるとついつい本気になってしまい楽しさ倍増です。なぞなぞやクイズ本といったところでしょう。

　ちなみにその難関中学校合格者もたいして解けてないので，できなくても気にしないでください。でも解けるとうれしいです。

いくら何でも古すぎる。娘に中学入試問題を教えていますが、ここに出てくる問題は古すぎる。１５年前では当たり前だが…もともと問題選択の趣味というか、視点が古いのですよ。
ついでに言うと、どうせこんな本を出すのなら、小学生の解き方で解いてほしい。大人の解き方で中学入試問題を解いても、全然面白くないし。
