最初から最後まで、イカとタコがつるつるしていますが、その間合いといい、表情といい、さいこーです。もともとは紙芝居でしたが、絵本化してくれてうれしい。読んだあとは、こっちまでつるつるしたくなる本です。

むろん、長新太さんの絵って好き嫌いがありそうですよね。
そして、独特な世界観にひいてしまう人もありそうです。

でも、とにかく一度読んで見てください。
・・・「はっ？？？」と思われるかもしれません。

最後に楽譜があります。
・・・で、弾いてみて下さい。（←最重要）
（ピアニカでもよし、他人に教わってでも、他人に弾いてもらってでも）

「イカタコつるつるラーラーメン♪」
しばらくは頭から離れなくなるのと同時に、大好きな一冊になっていることでしょう。間違いなく。本当に！

タイトルを見てもわかるとおり、強烈にユニークです。表紙の赤いタコとピンクのイカが絡まっている絵にひかれて読み始めました。スパゲッティやラーメンを何本もの足で、墨を吐きながら必死に食べているタコとイカの絵を見ているだけでも楽しいです！ラーメンとスパゲッティが食べたくなりました~！
