油抜きをしないといけないので、電子レンジも活用したくて参考にしてみました。
こんなに電子レンジでできるの？と思いました。が、作ってみたら美味しかった！！
あえて電子レンジでやらなくても、と思う物もあるのですが、炒め物などフライパンでやるより油分が減らせるし、下準備してかけておくだけでいいので、その間に汁物やほかの物に専念できる。
意外だったのがカレー。たしかに少量で作ってもおいしかった。これは収穫でした。（油分はそんなにかわらないと思いますが）
