豆乳ローションの本はかなりの数ありますが、これは最新版だけあって、美白効果が高められるにんじん入り豆乳ローションの作り方や、ゼラチンを入れてバストアップ効果UPさせようとか、豆乳ローションプラスアルファ的な、いろいろな作り方が載っています。
さらに編集者さんお二人が実際に２０日間使い、ムダ毛がどれだけ減ったか写真入りで紹介されています。
こうしたら効果がUP!という塗り方のコツなんかも出てますし、もちろん豆乳を使ったレシピも載っています。
一番豊富なのは体験談。かくいう私も体験談を載せていただきました。２０人くらいの体験談が載っていますので、読み比べても面白いです。
考案者の高濱さんのアドバイスも載っているので、買うならこれ！かも（笑）。

お店でたくさん並んでいる中から手にとったのがこれ。中が見やすくて、きれいでわかりやすいなぁと思って買いました。特に、体験談のマンガが面白くて、笑ってしまいます。ホントに？？？と思うのですが、友達が実際にキレイになったので、自分も…と思って。美肌やヌケ毛だけじゃなくて、日焼け止めにもいいというキャロットローションにはこれから挑戦しようと思っています。それと豆乳料理も写真がキレイでおいしそうなものばかり。すぐにおかゆに挑戦してみました。すごくおいしかったですよ。

ですが、容器や作るのに必要な機具も消毒したりして思ったよりも手間がかかります。消毒等購入して 頑張って「豆乳キャロットローション」を作ってみましたが 私の場合は思ったような効果はありませんでした。
購入したグリセリン等は放置したままです（汗
某掲示板に 市販のよりも自作の方が効果があったような書込みを見て自作から始めました。これから 自分で作ってやってみようと思われる方は先に「豆乳ローション」が自分にあっているかどうか確認してから 自作に踏み切った方がいいと思います。
