材料別になっているので家にある食材を見ながらメニューを考えるのに最適です。
レシピは見開きで4つから6つ。ごちゃごちゃし過ぎず、大きな写真が載ってレシピ数が少ないという事もなく普段使いにぴったり。
リメイクおかずのアイデアも見ているだけでとても楽しいです。
本当は節約モノとか「100円で~」みたいな本は好きではないんですが、これは特別です。
材料別で見やすいレシピ本は多々ありますが、掲載されているレシピがどれも美味しそうなものばかり。あれこれ試したくなります。
各レシピについている「おいしく作るコツ」や「材料のバリエーション」など、ちょっとしたコメントが好きです。
