主婦初心者にもレベルを上げたい人にも節約したい人にも最良の本だと思います。
私は節約したくて買ったんですが、作る料理はどれも美味しいです。家族からも評判いいです。
ただ、1週間分を３０００円で買い物をするにはかなりの努力が必要です。品物によってスーパーをハシゴする事と『レジにて半額物』を買うのは絶対に必要です。という私はそのような時間もないので1件のマーケットで済ませてますが、４０００円~５０００円はかかります。
料理の手間や時間についてですが、私が不器用なのか？けっこう手間が掛かってしまう料理も多く１時間は必要です。スピードクッキングと書いてあっても私はスピーディーにできません。きっと料理家の先生にしてみたらお茶漬け程度の料理なんでしょう。でも味はおいしいです。

1週間3000円献立 vol.1・vol.2と購入しました。お料理作りも楽しくなるし買い物リストも付いていて簡単、ラクラクでお買い物楽しいです。
絶対オススメ！

結婚を機にお料理をしなければいけなくなりました。最初の頃は食費がかなり重なっていましたが、この本のおかげで、お買い物を上手にできるので、だいぶ節約できています。旦那様にはこの本のおかずだけでは物足りないので、もう１品作るようにしています。
