健康にいいのはわかるけど、毎日食べるとなるとレパートリーが乏しくて困る、というひとにおすすめ。サラダから煮物、シンプルな冷や奴バリエーション、炒め物、フライパン焼き・オーブン焼きと、豆腐はたしかにいろんな料理法、いろんな味付け（定番の和風から、チーズやケチャップまで）に合う。「豆腐の仲間のおかず」には厚揚げ、油揚げ、おからの料理法もかなり載っている。

血液サラサラにするべく、この本を買って毎日お豆腐を食べるようにしました。
101品も載っているので飽きる事がないし、豆腐の保存法や水切り方法などの豆知識もあり、勉強になりました。
豆腐って結構ボリュームがあるので、お腹いっぱいになりダイエットにも良いです。
