この本の通りにお買い物をしてお料理をすれば、材料の無駄も無いし、メニューに悩む事も無くなりました。全く同じにするのではなく、時には自分流にアレンジしたり、順番を変えてみたり、縛られない程度に利用しています。子供も｢今日はなーに？｣と晩ご飯を楽しみにするようになりました。お弁当や、朝ご飯のシリーズも、この手の本が出来ないかなと期待しています。

この本のVol2を先に購入して活用していました。
その本の中の献立をほとんど作ったので、２冊目の購入ということで、先に発売されていたこちらの本を購入。
その週に買い物リストやその日使う食材や下ごしらえなど分かりやすく書いてあります。

慣れてくると、その献立に自分なりにアレンジしたり、別献立を加えてみたりでき、「使いまわしなどが自然に身につく」「食費も削減」できる１冊です。
ただ星４つなのは、Vol2にある「前日の夕飯から取り分けて、翌日のお弁当のおかずに」というのがない点です。（そのお弁当のおかずをお弁当を作らない日は、朝や昼のおかずにできて便利だったので）

このタイトルだけでも魅力的で即購入ですが（^^

まず、お料理大好き！（私はストレス発散にもなっています。

そしてケチ！な方（良い意味での節約）ならこの本の読者に
ピッタリですわよ。奥様！

この本では冷蔵庫にあまってしまいがちな、大型野菜を
うまく使い切るんです。んでもって、おいしい。

特売になりやすい材料を使ってのレシピもございますのよ♪

親切なのは、1週間に2回（3日分・4日分と分けてあります）の
買出しリスト（切り取って使う）までございます。

和風なメニューや子供が喜ぶボリュームメニューで
家族も飽きません。
楽しく節約メニューを作れるし、献立に悩むことも無く
良く出来た本です。

この本をきっかけに、奥薗先生の0円50円100円節約おかず本と
主婦の友の100円おかずの本を買った私なのです。
そちらもおすすめでーす！
楽しんで料理しましょう♪

普段、料理と縁がない私でも簡単に出来るメニューも載っていて、手放す事が出来ない［お役立ちブック」な1冊です。安く、早く、旨く・・っていう感じです。
