行間が広いいので読みやすい。赤裸々に書かれているのが素晴らしい。
著者の経営する日本一暇な喫茶店へ斉藤一人さんが来られて、常連客と三人の会話がおもしい(著者には悪いが)。読者はその喫茶店で三人の会話を聞いている感じがして「ウン、ウンそうだよね」と言いたくなる。ついていなかった著者が四日間で思い方が変わり幸せになれた。人間はいかに素直になることが大事かがよくわかりました。『幸せになるには、幸せになる考え方　があるんだよ』この部分を何回も繰り返し読んで幸せをつかめると思います。普通の人は物事の表面しか見ないが斉藤一人さんは物事の奥を見ている。何事が起っても『ついてる、うれしい、楽しい、幸せだ、ありがとう』
ですね。だからみんなが幸せになれるのですね。

無敵の人生。
それは強いという意味ではなく、敵を作らないということ。
敵がいないから、「無敵」。

いちばん興味深かったのは、若き斎藤一人さんが
年上の著者に向かって道を説き始めたとき、
一人さんが著者を「ちゃん」付けで呼び始めたこと。

そんな場面に、一人さんの不思議な深さを感じました。
・・・形容し難いね（笑）。

良書。

薄いし、字も大きいので、30分もあれば読めちゃう本です。
まだCDを聞いてないので、そちらはお楽しみにします。
斎藤一人さんに関する本は、やはり元気にしてくれますね。
最近、ちょっと落ち込んでいたので、ちょっと元気をもらう事ができました。
この本で紹介されている一人さんお勧めの『CD付[新版]生きがいの創造』も読んでみようと思います。
