ビタミン剤にはまっったこともあったけど、たどりついたのが野菜！体調も良くなり長年苦しんでた便秘もよくなりました。野菜の威力にいまさらながら、びっくりしてます。これからは「野菜の時代」だと思う！

この本は野菜の旬の時期・下処理の仕方（写真つき）・保存方法についても載ってます。含まれる栄養の説明も読んでから作って食べると、ますます野菜のありがたさがわかるかも。
ケンタロウさんの本は私はこれで3冊目だけど、材料も作り方もシンプルで使いやすいしおいしいです。料理って主婦にとって毎日のことだから、時々面倒になってやる気が出ない~~~っていうような時ありますよね？そんな時「肩の力を抜いて、難しいこと考えないでちゃちゃっとつくろうよ~」と思える本です。
また視覚的にも楽しい料理本です。イラストレーターを兼業してるだけあって、すっきりしたレイアウトもいいし、絵も写真もきれい。ケンタロウさんの料理は、男性が好きそうなコッテリ系のおかずばかりのイメージがありましたが、これは女性好みのヘルシーメニュー満載です。

1.調味料が変にこってなくていい！
普通の料理本だったら書いてある通りに作ろうと思っても、材料がない/見つからない。調味料がない/見つからない。ことってよくありますよね。ケンタロウのレシピは作ろうと思った時に作れる！そんな感じです。
2.料理時間が短い！
暑い夏の台所の前で長時間料理を作るのって大変ですよね~。サッ！パッ！っとできますよ~。
3.ほんとに美味しい！
以前は週末に買い込んでいた冷凍食品も最近は買わなくなりました。自分で作る料理が美味しいから必要なくなってしまいました（~∀~）

料理初心者の私が、今までこんなに簡単で、おいしく作りやすい料理の本はありませんでした。「作りやすいレシピ」で人気とわれてるのも納得です。超不器用な私でも、全て美味しく作れました。
大体のレシピがきまった調味料で作られているので、わざわざ今まで使ったことのないような調味料を買う必要もないし、お金セーブで得です。
この本のタイトルが、「野菜がウマイッ！」と言うだけあって、本当に野菜を上手に美味しく作れるようなレシピなので、元々野菜嫌いの私がこれからもっと野菜を食べて、美味しく作れるようにしたいと思うようになりました。それぞれの野菜のデータが役に立ちました。保存法など・・。レシピの説明も分かりにくくなく、たんたんとした作り方なので、楽しんで作る事ができると思います。
