普通の人には理解しにくいほど頭の良い一流研究者のありがたいアドバイス集です。

ドラマ「TRICK」が好きな人は文句なしに買いです。恐ろしいほど有難い笑える説教です。TRICKを知らない人にとっては意味不明な部分が多いかもしれませんが、TRICKを知らなければ楽しめないという類の本ではありません。

ほとんどが「ネタ」として書かれている笑いの本ですが(と書くと上田教授に失礼ですが)、所々に心に響くアドバイスもちりばめられています。例えば２ページ目から５ページ目までの「はじめに」や「第三章」は普通の堅い本よりも役に立つと思います。

　「どんとこい超常現象」「全部まるっとお見通しだ」に続く第三弾トリック本ということで、今回も同じような内容なんだろうなと思い、しかし、トリックファンとしては買わなければならぬということで買いました。ところが、良い意味で裏切られました。上田さんの自慢話で終始しています。そして、相変わらず語るに落ちてます。

上田の日々のバカっぷりがよく分かる一冊になってます。
挿絵入りで分かりやすいです（最初はいきなり下品な挿絵でひいてしまいましたが。）
個人的にもっとトリック関連の話も入れて欲しかったのですが、結構笑えます。
ただどん超ほどの笑いは無かった。
