もうすでにぼろぼろになるまで使い込んでいます。
とにかくレシピの説明がとても丁寧でわかりやすい。
そして、そのどれもがびっくりするほど美味しいのです。
みんながよく知っているハンバーグやカレー、焼きそばなども、一度この本に書いていあるとおりに作ってみてください。おもてなしできるくらい、立派な一品になりますよ。

「鶏の照り焼きどんぶり」は、鳥嫌いの人も、おいしい！って叫びましたよ。

藤野真紀子さんというと、お菓子の職人というイメージでしたが、この本を買って、ふだんのお料理のレシピも何て美味しいのだろう、とびっくりしたほどです。
この本の中でも特にお気に入りなのは、鶏の照り焼きどんぶり！甘辛しょうゆ味のソテーが焼き汁に溶け込んで、やみつきになる美味しさです。鶏の照り焼きは、このレシピ以外では作ろうと思わないのが不思議です。ミネストローネ、さばの南蛮漬け、ぶりのジンジャーバター焼き、ハンバーグ、白いビーフ・ストロガノフもおすすめです。また、レシピの横に、作る過程の写真も数多く載せているので、段取り良くお料理作りが進みます。
まだまだ作ったことがないレシピがいっぱいなので、この本は今後も大活躍しそうです。

藤野真紀子さんのレシピは何だか、敷居が高いように思えていたのですが、そんな事はないという事がわかりました。分かり易く、比較的カンタンに作れるレシピも紹介されています。時々、田舎じゃ入手困難な材料も出てきますが、できなくもないので・・・。ただ、材料から忠実に作ると、びっくりするほど美味しくできます！やはり藤野真紀子さんはお菓子だけでなく料理など「食」に関する全てがハイセンスで素晴らしいと思いました。買って損はしない本です。今後も少しずつ藤野真紀子さんの「料理本」を買い揃えていきたいと思いました。
