読み終えた後愛犬をギュっとしました。

前半は子供の頃を思い出しながら
サラサラと読んでましたが
家族愛　友情　人と犬との絆
主人公の翼君のほほがカッと熱くなる度に
僕も熱くなった
後半は手に汗握るドラマチックな展開に
最後の最後までハラハラドキドキ！

ずっと手元に置いておきたい
自分の子供にも読ませたい１冊です。

ひょんなことから、のら犬ジジを飼うことになった翼。
仲間四人で世話するはずが、結局残ったのは翼と来生君だけ。
だが、明るくて親切で優等生で、デキスギと呼ばれている来生君には、誰にもいえない秘密があった。
笑顔のかげに隠された来生君の痛みを知ってゆくことで芽生える真の友情。
大人と呼ばれる人間たちの弱さ、ずるさ、しぶとさまでが、ユーモラスに、のら犬ジジによってあぶり出されてくる。
人と犬、人と人のかけ合いが笑える。
笑った後に、つい、ほろりとさせられる一冊。

私の町にもシマシマの煙突の工場があった。
河原でナンベーをする男の子たちがいた。
「ジジ　きみと歩いた」を読んで
忘れていたあの頃のことが思い出された。

主人公の翼君はちょっと気の弱い男の子だけど
「ジジ」と出会うことで少しずつ成長していく。
そしてそれまでわからなかった自分の周りの
たくさんのきらきらしたものに気づいていくのだ。

彼が精一杯の勇気をふりしぼる場面に感動。
あなたはあなたでいいんですよと
翼君とジジを通して作者が私たちに語りかけてくるよう。

大人の方こそ是非ご一読をオススメします。
