見て面白いです。おいしそうです。トークも結構面白い。
でも、揚げ物とかが多めで1人暮らしには少し敷居が高いかなーと。
もう少し男子の1人暮らしが常備してそうな食材で作っていたら、より素晴らしいと思います。

とにかく読み物として面白い。
掲載されているレシピはどれもがっつり食べられる料理ばかりで食欲をそそります。麻婆豆腐やカレー、鶏の唐揚げ、餃子にエビマヨ…。基本的で簡単なレシピばかりなので、ケンタロウさんの本を他にも持ってらっしゃる方にあえてお薦めはしませんが、装丁がカッコいいしトーク集や対談、スタッフの方の声などとにかく１冊の本としても面白いです。
番組４３回分のレシピなので少ないかな…と購入前には思っていたのですが、それぞれの回に副菜数種、それにオマケレシピなどもついていて、ボリュームはかなりの物になっています。
ケンタロウさんのお料理で一番ありがたいポイントである『簡単に手に入る食材で簡単に作れる』レシピ集です。手に入りにくいものがあったら、代用できる物も紹介されています。国分さん撮影のお料理もとにかく美味しそう。どれから作ろうか迷います。
番組をご存知ない方でも存分に楽しめると思います（自分も放送は一度しか見た事ありませんので）。本のそこここに国分さんとケンタロウさんの掛け合いが挟まれており、生き生きしててまるで目の前にその光景が見えるみたいです。

ＴＶは毎回欠かさず見ており、レシピも番組ＨＰを保存しているのですが、購入しました。読んでてつい吹き出してしまうレシピ本は初めてでした（笑）番組内でのトークや、ロングインタビューが掲載されているのですが、なんとも楽しいです。
無論、レシピ本としても充実！ケンタロウ氏のレシピは基本難しくないので、週末にちょくちょく作っています。

男子だけでなく、女子にもオススメです♪
