３年近くの日々が日記でつづられてます。毎日更新しているので、中身がたっぷり濃い日とすごく短い文章の日があってリアルで楽しいです。アイドルなのにこんなに日常をさらしてよいのかなあ？と思うほど、イノッチの広い交友関係・仕事・プライベートが面白く書かれてます。本はぶ厚くてボリュームがあるんですが、小説と違って一気に読まずに毎日少しずつ読んでいっても面白いので、本を読まない人でも充分に楽しめる内容だと思います。ファン以外の人も是非読んで見てください。おすすめの一冊です。

Ｖ６のいのっちが毎日休まず書き続けた日記。とても分厚い本ですが、面白くてどんどん読み進めました！！

日記に書かれた１０００日間中、これといった大きな出来事はほとんど起こっていません。でも、そんな何てことない日常を彼はここまで楽しく生きられるのか、と感心させられます。そして、読んだ私も何だか明日からの生活が楽しみになってしまうのです。

星が５つじゃない理由は、ジャニーズのタレントについてあまり知らない人にはわかりにくい部分が少し含まれていたから。でも、注釈もついているため、ジャニーズを全く知らない人でも充分楽しめるはずです！

また、日記には森山直太朗さんや武蔵さん等、いのっちのお友達も続々と登場し、「芸能人の日常ってこんなんなんだ」と興味深い内容もあり、面白いです。

笑ったり、感動したり、「そうそう！」と共感できたり･･･。とにかく盛り沢山な内容です。アイドルいのっちの単なる日記としてではなく、人生を楽しく生きるための参考書としてぜひ１度読んでみてください。

「毎日退屈だなぁ」なんて思っているあなたにぜひお薦めしたい一冊です！！

Ｖ６の井ノ原快彦が携帯サイトで日々綴っている日記（現在も連載中）の、初回から1000回までの分を一冊にまとめたもの。
多少の追記のみで、ほとんど手を加えず、掲載時の文章が再現されているそうである。
とても分厚く、読むのに、多少、時間がかかったが、その時間は、充実した楽しいひとときとなった。
「文は人なり」と言う言葉の通り、この一冊の中には、著者の温かく真っ直ぐな人柄がそのままに表れている。
日々の中で関わりを持つ人、友達や仕事仲間からタクシーの運転手さんまで、その一人ひとりと真摯に向き合いながら、また、起こる出来事の一つひとつを大切にしながら、常に前向きに生きようとしている著者の姿は、読む者に感動と励ましを与えずにおかない。
――といっても、そんな堅苦しい本ではもちろんなく、通勤電車の中で読破した私は、しばしば激しい笑いをこらえるのに苦労させられた。
また時には、ほろりとさせられる、いい話などもあり、著者は、人柄の素晴らしさのみならず、文学的才能をも兼ね備えていることが感じられる。
単なるタレント本にとどまらず、優れたエッセイとして読むことが可能である。
1001回以降の分をまとめた続刊も期待したい。
