CDは、とっても面白く、思わずにやけてしまいます。
また、心温まる斎藤さんの語り口調には、共感を覚えます。

内容的には、他人の機嫌を取らない、出し切る、徳を積む、
魂力の話、曼荼羅の話、カルマの話・・・などです。

最近の私は成功本ブームに乗せられ、テクニックに偏りがちに
なっており、忘れかけていた徳を積むことの重要性を再認識
させられました。

成功が先か？徳が先か？究極の問題ではあると思いますが、
斎藤さんは徳を積みながら、ゆっくりと成功するのがよいと
言っているような気がします。

と~ってもレベルが高いことをすんなりと、そして分かりやすい語り口で綴った一冊。目からうろこがポロポロと落ちてきました。とりわけ私が強く感受したのは『広~い視野をもち腰をすえること。』

私のメモには⇒困っているのではなく「学んでいる」。自分の能力を出し切ってないとツキが無くなる、出し切ってるといいことが連続で起きる。人の機嫌じゃなくて、自分の機嫌をとるのツイてるツイてる。人の心が軽くなること、明るくなることをする人が「徳がある」。
などですが、その裏打は本書を読んでみてくださいね、きっとポロポロうろこが落ちますよ!!　いずれにしてもどれもこれも取り付きやすくて面白い、しかも真をついた語がとってもためになりました。

付属のCDを聞くとさらに吸収しやすく本当に感動しました。(^^)
内容は本もCDも同じですが、感受するセンサー(目で読むことと、耳で聞くこと)の違いからか、言うなれば内容が立体的に浮かび上がってきます、、、これはすごいよ~!!
1冊で2冊分いや3冊分のエッセンスが詰まっていました。
著者にお見事!お見事!と拍手を贈りま~す。

誰にでもできる方法を、
分かりやすい言葉で、優しく語りかけてくれる。

決して、偉ぶらないし、押し付けない。

ポジティブ思考で、人のために生きましょうなんて、
自己啓発本には書いてあるけど、実行するのは難しい。

でも、一人さんの教えは誰にでも簡単にできる。

愛のある言葉を口に出すだけだから。

風呂でブツブツ言ってるだけだっていいし、
心がネガティブのままでもいいから、
気がついた時に、ちょこっと口に出すだけでいい。

ただそれだけで、少しずつ自分の心が変わり、
周りの心も変わり、現実が素晴らしいに変わっていく。

素晴らしい本であり、本当に素晴らしい教え。

あとは、素直にただやるだけ。

この本は「ツイてる」に比べると、断然よく書かれていると思います。付属のＣＤについても斉藤一人さんの話法に引き込まれる感じで、いいと思います。
