書名をみるとHowTo本のような印象を受けます。
確かに「つきあい方」が書いてあるのですが･･･。
それより、なにより読んでいて、ひとつひとつの
エピソードに笑顔になります。幸せな気持ちになれるのです。
まさしく一度で二度おいしい本。
"実践編"が欲しくなりました。でも、それより先にレストランに
行きたくなること間違いなし、です。

HPで連載中から愛読していました。
今回、HPの内容にさらに加筆修正、
おまけに、連載時には伏せられていた気になる
お店の名前も掲載されているので、お得度さらにUPです。

テーブルマナーは教えてくれる本も人もあまたあるけれど、
「お店とのつきあいかた」
を教われる機会なんてなかなかありません。
お店に大切に扱われるお客って？
予約って何のためにするものなの？
○○なことって恥ずかしいんだ・・・
外食コンサルタントの著者が、まるで友達に語るように
楽しいエピソードを踏まえながら教えてくれるのは、
知るとますますお店へ行くのが楽しくなる、
もっとおいしいものへ出会えるチャンスがひろがる
素敵な知識ばかりです。

この本を読んで、私は予約の出来るお店はなるだけ
予約をするようになりました。
おかげで、いきつけ、と呼べる素敵なお店が出来、
いつ行っても笑顔で迎えてもらえるようになり、
ますますいろんな人を誘って食事に行くようになりました。

また、海外のリゾートホテルでは、この本の知識を知っていると
知らないとでは、スタッフからの扱いに雲泥の差が出ます！
知らないとソンですよ！（笑）
ダマされたと思って、一度本の通りにお店で試してみてください。
きっと、思わぬ素敵な時間に出会えますよ。

高級なお店での振る舞い方、予約の仕方、楽しみ方から、ファミレスでのサービスの話まで、著者のご両親とのエピソードも織り交ぜながら、大変楽しいコラムの数々。読んでみると、レストランの楽しみ方が変わる感じがします。次のレストランの予約を取るのが楽しみです。
