世の中で何人ぐらい、こんな幸せな想いを味わっているものだろうか。
運命の相手と出会ってしまったときの、いつもとは違う恋愛感情、今までにない力が湧いてくる自分、どうしようもなく好きになってしまう心模様が細やかに描かれています。

『出会ってから楽しかったこと。一緒にいるときの自分が好きなこと。
そういうときの自分は面白くて、でももっと面白くなれる気がすること。
ずっと優しくいられる気がすること。空かないフタでも、開けられる気がすること･･･。』

こんな感情、一生に何度も味わえるもんじゃない。
だからこそ、忘れずに覚えていたい。死ぬ前にちゃんと思い出しておきたい。
まだこの気持ちを味わっていない世代には、必ず出会えるとあきらめずに信じていてほしい。

とことん明るく、時より笑えるエッセンスを与えてくれる登場人物たちも魅力的。
誰からも相手にされず、オレ流のロマンを追い求める木戸さん。
明るく自由奔放な愛すべき妹。

立場がどうだとか、結末がどうなるのかとか、もう無視しちゃってとにかく読んで下さい。
恋するって最高に素敵！と思わせてくれる一冊です。

ピュアな２人の会話がとてもいい。人を好きになる気持ちの肯定感が心地よい。大好きだったあの人を思い出す。そして意表をついたもう一人の主要人物の存在が絶妙なスパイスとなっていて、この人物が出てくる場面では電車の中で笑いをこらえられなかった。この作者はきっととても物知りで頭がいいんだなと感じた。他の作品も読んでみたい。

激しく燃え上がる恋はないけれど、
淡く優しい雰囲気に包まれた恋のが、
とても心地よいです。

僕を取り巻く人々。
人妻研究員や妹やアルバイト先で出会う人や。
そういう人たちと僕との関係がまた絶妙。
