ドールズシリーズのファンだっただけにがっかりな作品です。
今回、ヒロインに抜擢された女性を持ち上げすぎ。どんな理由があろうと罪は罪でしょうに、生きる価値ない人間は問答無用で天誅て。平成の世にそれはないでしょう。
それからたびたび、現代っ子への批判が入りますが、酔っ払って管まいてる時代の変化についていけなくなったオヤジと同レベルの論理です。(読みながらインターネットとゲームの無い時代には一件も殺人も売春もなかったと言うのか?昭和の時代と比べて平成の凶悪事件発生率は激減していることを知らないのか?と何度も突っ込みました)まあトップアイドルの筆頭にキョンキョンを挙げるあたり、すでに限界なのかも。
そして、大風呂敷を広げるだけ広げておいて、あのオチにはもう脱帽です…読んだ時間返してください!!
ドールズのファンで、買おうか迷っている方は、慎重になっていただくことをオススメします。

これはドールズではありません。
今までのドールズは、生まれ変わりと言う設定をたくみに使い、目吉センセーを中心に、江戸文化を絡めた筋立てを楽しむ内容でした。
そこから比較すると、本作は、ドールズの設定が使われているだけの全く別なお話です。

復讐ですらない、お粗末な動機の連続殺人犯が、爽やかに活躍するSFミステリーになっちゃってます。

更に、随所に出てくる物語の筋と無関係な医療批判。
作者がテレビのドキュメンタリー番組を観た感想を、そのまま登場人物のセリフに乗っけてしまったかのような違和感があります。

ドールズとしてだけでなく、高橋克彦の作品としてガッカリです。
月下天使の後日談はいらないので、ドールズ本編の続編をお願いします。

久々の「ドールズ」シリーズです。
今作品でも目吉センセー／月岡怜が大活躍します。
それに今回のゲスト・キャラクターとも言うべき「月下天使」として金森聖夜が登場し、いつもの登場人物たちと一緒に大活躍します。

連作の第一作は「使命」。
突如登場した聖夜の謎を目吉と恒一郎が解き明かして行きます。
その裏で起こる事件は、悪徳有名人の連続殺人です。

第二作は「神の手」。
学童を人質に国家そのものに要求を突きつける若者たちに、その人質の中にいる怜が目吉として、それに聖夜が加わって、事件を無事に解決します。

第三作は「導きの道」。
この作品は、従来の「ドールズ」の枠を超えた作品になっています。
どちらかと言えば、作者の「総門谷」の雰囲気一杯の作品になっています。

従って、「総門谷」が好きな読者には堪らない本でしょうが、従来の「ドールズ」の雰囲気の好きな人にはちょっと裏切られた感じが残るかも知れません。
特に、ラストの箱神との闘いが長いだけに、その感が強いと思います。
