煙管（キセル）、根付け、掛け軸等が１００年の年月を経ると妖しの力を携えたのが『つくもがみ』です。古道具屋兼損料屋出雲屋の紅と清次の姉弟は、『つくもがみ』が宿った古道具を貸し出してして生計を経てている。そして、一見して仲が良い姉と弟には出生の違いがあったり…。紅は忘れない男性が存在する一方で清次は、紅が好きなのだが…。謎解きをしながら３人の男女関係に進展が…！？

★「しゃばけシリーズ」「まんまこと」は、またひと味違いますがこれはこれでとてもオモシロいです。★「つくもがみ」達のキャラが、楽しいです。その一方で、紅と清次の２人の男女の機微が、とても上手く描かれています。★ラストは、ほんわかとめでたしめでたしで読了後も後味が良い作品です。

しゃばけシリーズと違って
こちらでは人と妖との距離感が微妙に遠い。
付喪神たちは姉弟とは口を交わそうとしないし、
お互いのことをあまり快く思ってないところもあったりして、
しゃばけとはちょっと雰囲気が違います。
結末にもう一つひねりがあると良かったかな、と思う。
この展開に落ち着くだろう、と簡単に想像できるのは
どうかな、と。
そこに行き着くまでに
もう人波乱あっても良かったのかな、と。
そこで1点減点です。

古道具屋の二人もそうですが
彼らと　つくもがみ　の関係も絶妙な距離感で面白かった
しゃばけシリーズにはない疎遠な感じと
ショートストリーがきちんと交錯していく感覚は
まんまこと　と同じ手法といえなくもないが
読み終わった後のほろ苦くも甘酸っぱい空気は清々しくもある。

一読の価値ありです。
