みなさんの言う通り、本の帯にもある通り、
文句なしに甘いです。
行動もセリフも。
そして相変わらず笑わせてくれるカップルだ･･･。

キャラ読み好きな方はとっても楽しめると思います。
個人的には、堂上教官側の心理（事情）にも
触れている部分がいくつかあったのが良かったです。
（本編では笠原側からの視点ばかりだったので）

そして、現在のメディア事情・図書館事情にも通じる話もあり、
「ただただ甘いだけ」に終わらないのも好ましいです。

当麻事件のその後、郁と篤さんの亀の歩みのような恋の進捗状況。
着実に距離を縮めている小牧と毬江はいいとして。
鈍感さでは郁といい勝負の手塚弟と意外に晩生な柴崎の行方は！？

ささいなことでも不安になるときはあるし、自信がなくなることもある。愛とは育てていくもの。
郁がどんどん可愛くなる。爆笑させてもくれるけど、とっても可愛い。
しかも、周囲の暖かく、あるいは、生暖かい見守る目も素晴らしい。
堂上は女子にもてたい男子、必見。ツボの押え方、地雷の外し方の参考になること請け合い。ここまで至れり尽くせりな上出来な男性がいたら、うっかり恋をしたくなるかもね。

表現の自由の問題、差別の問題、障害に関する公共の配慮の問題などなど、メッセージ性はしっかりと貫かれている。
が、とにかく、甘い。じれったくても甘いし、くっついても甘いし。転げまわってのた打ち回りたくなるほどのベタ甘ぶりが、いっそ潔くて、読者の私もシアワセになれました。

『だーっ、もうやってられん!』

…と、柴崎でなくても思わず叫んでしまいそうな激甘空間。
最終巻のあっさりしたエピローグに物足りなさを感じた人向けの、これでもかと畳み掛ける濃厚激甘成分の絨毯爆撃。出版の理由が作者の言うアニメ化に伴う大人の事情だろうがなんだろうが、こうして再び郁たちの物語が読めたことは単純に喜びたい。ただ、ほぼ全編痴話喧嘩みたいな内容なので、いささか胸焼け気味だが。
それでも、図書館が抱える意外に盲点な危険性などについても、しっかり物語に盛り込まれているのは流石である。
